Tenille is extraordinarily knowledgeable when it comes to the science of food.Without the use of medication, Tenille helped me lower my blood pressure by showing me what foods to eat and what to avoid.Relying solely on the confusing/conflicting information on the internet is a recipe for disaster. So, do your body and health a favour!!
