Late night craving and Subway was open. My sub bun was crusty, but as I said it was about 2 hours before closing. The girl was friendly and timely with preparing the order and cashing us out. We sat, ate then left.

There was only one woman behind the counter tonight (26/06/23) and despite her skip the dishes ipad going off constantly, everytime she had to answered that and come to take my chicken teriyaki out of the oven or touch condiments she always changed gloves immediately. She was attentive, polite and charming and an all around great human being 10/10 give this woman a raise or promotion. She was killing it tonight in every way possible.

Absolutely disgusted with the quality of the sandwiches that I got. Sauce completely decemated the wrapper and nearby subs that I had (there were two that did this.) Literally fell apart when I picked them up all over the place.This is the one sub after I managed to somehow clean it up.""

When I arrived there were 3 staff. Despite a massive line up two staff disappeared in the back leaving one to try to help everyone alone. Ended up waiting about 20 mins. The one staff was great! But they shouldn't have had to deal with so many people alone.

We arrived at around 2:30pm. There were 4 people in-line ahead of us with one employee frantically trying her best to make sure everyone was happy. There was another employee (who we later found out was actually the manager) loudly talking on his cell phone in the back room. We waiting in line for 25 minutes as he continued to ignore his customers and his employee’s need for help before being served. As our food was being made, the manager finally thought to check-in and asked if his employee was okay, to which she responded simply with “No”. At this point he told her that “she’d be okay” and walked away. Why would you ask if someone is okay when you had no intention of doing anything about it? As we sat down to eat, I first noticed that the tables were covered in food and had not been cleaned. If the manager is going to hide from customers and not help their staff, at least take time to make sure your restaurant is clean. At around 3pm, the manager finally came out to assist customers as the employees shift was ending. As he half-listened to his customer’s order, a woman (I assume his partner) approached the counter and starting showing off the baby clothes she just purchased.This is not the first time I’ve witnessed this behaviour in this location, but it will definitely be the last.To the employee that made our lunch: you’re great and I hope your manager can learn something from you.

Always great service at this location. Paige did an amazing job preparing my order tonight, working by herself under pressure with a line behind me. (With a smile and kindness!) I will definitely be back!

Distance barriers are in place and the staff will ensure only five people are in the store at one time.The food was covered additionally (including the glass barrier) which was nice to see. Time-wise this was quick but only one group can go at a time.

I Ordered twice online. The first order didn't show up at all so we reordered after a refund. The second order the subs were totally wrong, toppings switched and buns switched. Couldn't eat either sub. Very frustrated. Two hours and two wrong orders and still no food. I wish I just drove to McDonald's. I didn't have time to deal with this nor the time to reorder twice. It's midnight I am now driving to get food. If I had just got in my car instead of choosing convenience" I would have eaten

i went a few times just to make sure she wasn't having a bad day but nope it's every day for that crusty old woman that works there. terrible service and attitude. i guess the manager there doesn't care. i'll be making a call to head office as well, cause it was that bad. just posting on here to warn other people. don't go to this one unless you want to be made to feel bad about having the staff make a sub at subway.

The employee was very nice and efficient. We felt no pressure at all to decide our subs. She had everything ready for the delivery drivers and can multitask very easily. Very happy with the food and service we received.
