Great condo builders. Been in business for a long time, very good sales team.

Really nice sales people, 9/10 amenities, 8/10 overall quality, 2/10 after sales service. If you buy with them, expect few emails returned and very limited guarantee.

Bad customer services. We made so many phone calls. Issue on our balcony ( new condo Union Park ) was raised more than 1 year but still not resolved.

I bought a lemon in Prevel's newly delivered project Union Park. For the price I paid a townhouse condo of two floors, I regret trusting their words in advertisement. I could have had better choice!Some part of the floors are squeaky, they said it was normal". A friend of mine told me the real reason was the worker didn't put enough cement or sticking glue etc. when lying down the floors or they didn't lay down evenly. One wood piece was chipped on the edge of stairs leading to the second floor when I was dragging a mattress upstairs. Bad quality craftsmanship. Sound-proofing is also poor. I can hear my neighbor every time he uses the stairs which drives me CRAZY.I don't know what happened to their 40-year glorious history

SIMON WAS EXCEPTIONALLY HOSPITABLE AT THE RECEPTION.EXTREAMLY HELPFUL AND PATIENT ! BRAVO SIMON.

They build buildings in strategic locations but with extremely poor materials. Basic civil engineering is involved, i wonder if they hire freshly graduate or very old school engineers. Their buildings are plagued with water leaks. For the sake of my investment i wont name the building i currently have a condo in.Its sad that i see these problems are present in almost all their projects.Cheap material, cheap engineering, no sound proofing, cheap flooring, cheap plumbing…no accountability for their work.Will never buy condos anymore from their projects.

Awesome service from them meanwhile our home is being built in St-Constant. Very professional, they owe up to any unexpected delays, very friendly and cooperative.
