I called BT Custom Printing and spoke to a lady called Betty. I explained my situation that I need shirts printed for an event, but only had 4 days until the event was to start. Betty took all my information and called mein 2 days to let me know that my order was ready for pickup ! I was elated and could not thank her enough for the very FAST and professional job that was done. I was very very impressed with her professionalism and personality.Thank You very much Betty..... I will definitely recommend your business.

I last minute reached out to betty for shirts i needed for Christmas which is in a week she was so kind had my sweaters ready in 3 days her prices are not expensive and she does an AMAZING job 100% staying local from now and going to her anyone who needs something done should message her shes so accommodating and one of the friendliest people I've ever met I'm 1000000% going to her from now on and honestly everyone should you won't be disappointed :)

Betty has been my GO-TO when it comes to ordering shirts for our Navy League Cadets.. she always works very hard to make sure we love our shirts, she delivers in a VERY timely manner, and she is an absolute joy to work with! Amazing service!! Left a message Tuesday around 5p.m for a last minute halloween T-shirt. Call was returned 30 min later, shirt was discussed and email was sent to show what I wanted done. About 2 hours later I had an email saying the shirt was complete!! Not only was it extemely quick but they had actually found a way better picture of what I wanted for an awesome price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Betty is fast, professional, and very personable; I had a great experience. I had a T-shirt I needed to get some text on with a particular font on for a Christmas gift (busy season), so I expected a bit of delay. She ended up having it back to me in a day and it was exactly what I wanted! :)

Barely had an experience, sadly. I sent an email requesting a quote and there has been no response at all.I also made several calls through out the week (during her business hours) and finally got a hold of her once. She had mentioned that she was in a business meeting and would call me back. It's been several days and I'm still waiting for that call!
