Great experience renting from this location. Wonderful customer service, very considerate when offering selection choices. Definitely recommend to any potential renters.

Great service. Picked up at body shop. Dropped car at end of rental. Driven back to shop. Upgraded rental half way through to larger vehicle. Great people to deal with.

Very poor service. The rental I was given was so loud while driving I could not hear passengers speaking in the back seat. It leaked oil constantly all over my driveway and the windshield wipers were ineffective. Enterprise did not call to check in on how I was enjoying the rental in the over two months I had it. When I called to let them know the oil was leaking and wipers needed replacing they said they would get back to me and never did. Shockingly poor service.

I prefer to rent my vehicle from here since their service so far was good and located close to my house. However, with my most recent rental experience, after returning the vehicle within the committed time (after hour drop-off), the next day I received the invoice for an additional day. When I called them, the customer representative informed me since there was none presented at the time of drop-off, they charged for an additional day and waiting for the call from the customer to issue refund! I was not aware of this weird protocol during pick-up. I expected from them, as a renowned rental company, they monitor the drop-off time via security camera and charge accordingly. May be next time, I will drop-off just before they open and call them afterward for refund; does it sound good, enterprise???

I would give more if I could, I had rented car from this location last week, First they picked me up from airport and made sure I get my car ASAP. Big thanks to Jatin (guy with glasses) who helped me recover my sunglasses from the car that I left in car. Excellent, transparent and very professional.

The car was in great driving condition and was very clean. The Thunder Bay store manager booked the rental for us and he was super helpful, friendly, and communicated clearly with us. The rental fee was very reasonable.

Service was great! Manager did not hesitate to upgrade my vehicle when my needs had changed..

I rent vehicles from this Entriprise several times a year for work. The staff at the truck rental center have always been extremely friendly and helpful with any rental inquiries. Most recently, their staff (Sarah) provided excellent service helping to sort out a rental after an issue with our booking: she went out of her way to help us find an alternative option. Keep up the good work.

I had an amazing experience with this location this morning.I had booked online to rent a car as I came to Thunder bay to visit family for a few days.The staff was super professional and helped us through the process when we came to the location.I have never rented a car before and didn’t have a clue what to do or what to have when I got to there.Huge shoutout to the reps there, who helped out. You made the stressful experience much better.
