Extremely helpful staff helped us pick out our new cue sticks. We thought it would be a 15min process but in the end was nearly over an hour. We tried several different cues until we found ones we liked. Also purchased a travel case. Reasonable prices too. Worth it. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

everyone there is a true professional from sales to installers. they share all the knowledge with customer before purchase. give customer all the time to consider all the options. I am another happy customer! A fantastic Canadian table for every family!

Working with Mr Billiards was an awesome and smooth experience. Sadiq was super helpful with finding the right table in our budget and helped us with a delivery and install the same week we purchased the table while all the other pool companies i spoke to wouldn't have availability to deliver and install for weeks and months. Lorne did a great job installing our pool table as well. Definitely 5 stars.

Just bought my first cue from them and I'm so glad I decided on going there.Edmond helped me decide and that's a huge understatement. He was an encyclopedia of knowledge. I probably asked him a hundred questions and spent an hour just picking his brain with so many questions. He answered everything with such clarity. So impressed by his customer service.They didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need or anything out of my skill level. Just gave me the straight facts.I will 100% be returning here for my next purchases when I buy cues for my family.The prices are great and they have only quality cues.Don't waste your time anywhere else. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCEThis store has everything you need for your pool table but they are way over priced compare to other stores.One Asian kid working there and he is supper UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

Knowledgeable friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I have an upcoming table relocation and service. I will post a more detailed review when complete.Follow up...My table was dismantled, moved and reassembled on time in a professional manner by Lawrence and his team Toronto Billiards. They took extra care to make sure everything was properly reassembled with new cloth and level.Mr. Billiard and Toronto Billiards are 5-star companies.

Answered all my questions (I had lots), was responsive during on hours (and off hours), sold me a great table, I didn't have to wait long for delivery and install and the service team that put it in my house was terrific. 5 Stars.
