When a local piano moving company damaged my stairs and the bullnose material was no longer available where I originally bought it 15 years ago, I contacted Top-Notch Concierge for help. I explained the problem to Maggie, and Rick dropped by to take a look. He had some ideas right away about how to repair it instead of finding a replacement, and he took the broken piece with him.He came by yesterday to install the fixed piece and it looks great! All I have to do is stain it. They offered that service as well, but I want to do that part myself.If you've got home repair projects that you don't know how to do, or don't have the time to figure out, call Top-Notch Concierge. It was like a weight lifted when Rick said he could fix it because it took something off my already full plate. Thank you!

Rick and Maggie are the best!I recently needed help with downsizing before moving to a smaller apartment. They came to my house and took pictures of the items that could be sold, marketed it online and handled all of the interactions with potential buyers.They managed to sell most of my belongings for more than I would have received if I sold them at a liquidation auction, but, more importantly, they also helped me find a number of great charities that the unsold items could be donated to so that very few of my belongings ended up in the landfill.They're always available to help, even with the smallest of favors and and are always well prepared when coming over.

Professional services with a personal touch! This was my first time using organizers and I was delighted by how Maggie and Shawna guided me through the process of decluttering to prepare me for move to a downsized place. Their action plan was effective but not overwhelming. They were able to maximize efficiency while minimizing stress for me. Definitely top-notch!
