Excellent service, owner Yovan is a great person helping a lot for the perfect solution, his advises very helpful. He gave very detail information about the products,Trophies, Medallions many options for custom build for your club logo. It is a great place forThat kind of products. You do not need to search to find an other smiler place nothing can be better.

This was the second time I 've asked them to do an engraving on my gifts, this time I have had glasses of wine with slanted rims, which makes it hard to do graving (I didnt know about that!). Anyways, Yovan, the owner, has done a great job and even followed up on my request to change a wording for me. Thank you.

Had 2 small plaques made up for my cats that I lost earlier this year. The guy that served me was Very helpful and understanding.Great value too. Half the price quoted to me by a place in downtown Vancouver.

SO glad I found this place! They were able to order the exact product I wanted and were willing to spend time with me to find a suitable image online (engraving requires a specific file format) for my desired design. No other shop was even close to being as helpful! And it looks great!

Worst service ever. Young guy barely communicated when I came in looking for trophies. I ordered everything on line from the USA. This place should go out of business.
