I went in to pick up some lures and asked for some recommendations. Noah was incredibly helpful and spent a long time helping me out and explaining everything. He is very knowledgeable and was a huge help with figuring out what to buy. It's rare to find a place like this where the staff know their stuff and are more than happy to share tips with customers. I will be back.

I’m in Calgary and my dad told me these guys have an online store. I ordered a Grundéns rain jacket, and it was delivered 48 hours later. Very happy to be able to get good gear, with fast shipping. These guys do it right, and I will be ordering all my fishing gear from here.

These guys acted in bad faith when selling me an item online. Even though it was their mistake made no effort to remedy the situation, just treated me as if I was an idiot for shopping with them. Don't bother, there are better merchants out there that care about pleasing and assisting their customers.

Usually the service is good here and up in the Rupert location even better. The guy behind the counter today has an empty store and it's too much effort to answer a simple question about where they've moved the stock to. If you can get better prices online, or from Trotac, why come here?

I've been Comm and Sports fishing for Over 40 years and have been buying from this store since it's opening, Shane and his crew know their gear and how to use it in all fisheries.

Last year our experience was that of awesome customer service, and friendly staff. Yesterday however was completely different... We traveled from BC's Interior with the goal to get ready for fishing season. Right from when we walked in the store, we both felt like we were being watched, the staff were short and rude when trying to converse with them. We asked for a price on a transom light, as we are in need of one, the guy took it to the back but never came back. Still managed to drop over $400, but left early. Then, asked if they had a restroom that I could use, but was declined, I should have asked before paying. We will find our fishing gear somewhere else now.
