Laser and Skin Care MedSpa

My overall experience with this spa has been excellent ! I have been a frequent visitor for a few years now and will continue . The staff are wonderful and Dr. Bakken addresses my needs in a professional manner being most knowledgeable …. The staff go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel comfortable . I am very satisfied with all my results and actually feel special with my appointments ….yes I would highly recommend laser and skincare med spa !!

I have loved my experience here! The staff are wonderful, they are so welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! Dr. Bakken is professional and knowledgeable and I credit my skin care results to her. My only regret is not coming here sooner! I look forward to my appointments here and love the community they have built. A special shout out to the staff because they are so lovely!! They are experts in skin care products, they are incredibly kind and truly go above and beyond for the clients.

I went in last Thursday to see Dr. Bakken about treating a skin condition. She was excellent and did all the necessary tests. I found her more thorough than the Dermatologist's I have seen. Dr. Bakken immediately had me scheduled the next day for laser treatment. Upon arrival Sherrie and Shanice helped me immediately feel more comfortable and walked me through the after care. Shanice did an amazing job performing the laser treatment. A great Doctor with amazing Technicians!

Dr. Bakken is great! She knows what shes doing and she gave me so much knowledge that I was not able to find on my own time just in our initial consult. I've spent a lot of money on my facial scarring and she has really helped me so far. If it is allowed, I will post a link to my before and after pictures when I have completed my treatments.She may have an abrasive personality at times but if you aren't willing to call it for what it is when you're talking with her, maybe you should consider someone a bit more gentle. She is very funny too and that made me much more comfortable with her. I have never had a doctor show me in such detail what I needed to know about my individual needs and she also discussed a lot about the things I was putting in my diet and what I could expect if I were to modify some things.Dwayne

Dr Bakken has been wonderful to deal with. She is very kind and knowledgeable. Her team of estheticians are fantastic as well, and always so friendly! Great clinic, highly recommended, especially for anyone suffering with acne.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and unfortunately my experience is always the same with a certain receptionist. Marla is always extremely rude when I come in. I’ve stopped coming for treatments because I honestly dread scheduling appointments because of Marla’s demeanour. I was in today purchasing a product. She never greeted us and instead immediately berated me and my sister in front of other staff saying I shouldn’t be in here if I didn’t call l due to covid. I completely respect this however, I was unable to find this stated anywhere on the website. If I was able to see this, of course I would have called. She belittled me throughout the interaction and this has been the case for years. she continued to give passive aggressive vague instructions and then was disrespectful when I didn’t understand her questions. Today was the last straw, I will not be retiring to this clinic. Ultimately, she has zero customer service skills and makes everyone feel unwelcome. I have worked in retail for years and have never seen a worse attitude towards customers, it is unacceptable and I don’t know how she’s continued to get away with treating customer with zero respect for years. If you want a pleasant and stress free experience when dealing with personal issues, I would stay away from this business.

I've been going to see Dr Bakken for quite a while now, she does my medical and cosmetic Botox as well as my Juvederm. I find that she is very kind and is Knowledgeable about her profession. I am grateful for the difference it has made in my face. I feel beautiful again and it's been awhile. I appreciate her touch-ups if needed and the staff are always very nice. I especially love the makeup room after you've done your procedure. I would recommend people going there and checking it out as there is lots of different kinds of things she offers. Perfect for everyone. I want to say thank you to the staff. Thank you Dr Bakken for your kindness and being such a life-changer. Thank you so much. I will continue to keep recommending Dr Bakken and going back to see her.

I had a few issues from bad treatments at various other clinics, but dr Bakken has successfully managed to help me with them. The whole staff there is amazing & I would highly recommend it!!

The front end staff are incredibly hard working and helpful, and Dr. Bakken is a very knowledgeable woman who has gone over and above for me. Quality service and quality products!

I had a very good experience with Dr Baken administering my cosmetic injections. She was thorough, attentive and very talented with her technique. Highly recommend
