Rhoda's Elegance Again
I have been shopping and taking clothes here for over 10 years & the quality of service has been in serious decline. They recently allowed an employee to speak to a customer in a bullying manner that was beyond unacceptable and just plain rude and uncalled for!When someone confronted the manager, they defended the employee out of sheer desperation*(they clearly are struggling to find staff)I have never been so disappointed and embarrassed to have once said good things about this business. I try to support local but look at other options like Loom and Magpie, and other consigner stores! They don't deserve your business.

I have never been to Rhoda's before... Called to inquire about consigning my clothes. They staff was very informative and friendly. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store. I look forward to selling some of my gently used clothing... and will be happy to donate what does not go on the shelves or sell!

Kinda 50/50 I’ve found some great contemporary brands here with good prices. but a lot of the clothing brands like rickis, bootlegger, joe fresh can be marked at $25 and up, which is far too expensive.

Rhoda's Elegance Again
Took a large amount of new clothing from brand new dress pants, sweaters, blouses and dresses into the store for consignment and told them if they did not sell I would want them back. Called three weeks later to see if any had sold any and they coincidentally cannot find my clothes and have no record of me in their system . I would not recommend this type of operation as they do not give you any proof of items brought in and loose the items

Rhodas Elegance Again is the best consignment store for both buyers and sellers, with the most courteous and helpful staff. They also have ine of a kind for the petites and plus sizes women❤

Really enjoy shopping here. I work at a group home with limited budget for clothing so my kids are always so excited to be able to afford nicer used clothing.

Rhoda's Elegance Again
I haven't been to the store in awhile and thought I'd go find some deals! I was really disappointed at how expensive everything was and quickly remembered why I haven't gone in awhile. Most tops were $20-$25 even sleeveless tops! Most were Rickis or other basic tops that you could find bran new for cheaper on their sales racks. It was the same thing with dress pants and jackets were $40 and up.

Disappointed with lack of sizes in many items. Gayle purchased a coat but the zipper failed upon leaving the shop, so went right back in and exchanged for a handbag.

There are times you will find amazing deals in the place (especially during their sale), but I'm finding more and more that the prices are not justified and you can find better sales at the original stores, brand new.

Rhoda's Elegance Again
Staff seem more consumed with eachother rather then actually helping customers. I can't understand the prices. It either way below cost or way above. They didn't accept items I had that were brand new. Half the clothes I see on the racks are in bad condition with stains. Oh and fyi ladies remember you can get your items back if they don't sell!
