I'm paying for 1GB and rarely have more than 400mbps. Also, occasionally it is very slow or not working at all. Thinking of going back to Comcast.Addendum: I decided to cancel my fidium service because as time has gone on the internet speed has decreased to roughly 250mbps and that's only if I'm standing right next to the Gateway/router, it's only 90-150 if I'm not next to the gateway.. I've been dealing with tech support for days and was told they don't schedule appointments. I have to call on Friday if I want tech service early the next week. Then, in 24-72 hours a tech will get back to you and tell you when they are coming. I thought Comcast service was bad, but this is outrageous. I'm glad I didn't cancel my Comcast account!! And just so you know, I did email the address (response to my comment) and was provided with the number to tech support.

Your technician was very nice. Arrived when expected and called during his trip here to let me know he was on his way and when he'd arrive. Was very diligent with his work and completed it in a timely manner. I had everything up and running within minutes of his departure. So far we are very satisfied with our service.

Both the outside lines installer and the inside equipment installer were very professional and efficient. A very positive experience. And the signal is much stronger than I had with Xfinity. Fidium is a much better value for the money.

I had a previous difficult installation process with another location. That took 2 months. This time, there was confusion and lack of communication again. It took 3 attempts, and the third tech was able to do it. All of your reps are super nice. This has nothing to do with them. It's your process/systems that are flawed. But it worked out in the end.

Technicians were polite and clear and considered how to best add the cable without making it unsightly. They were certain that the setup would work all over my premises. While it did work adequately when initially tested on my cell phone they did not stay to see if it worked well with our computers. After they left I discovered that my laptop has an 'unstable connection' and another computer won't connect at all, plus the phone sometimes gets a good signal and sometimes doesn't. The apartment is long and narrow the equipment is at the far end from my desk. When I asked about the 'up to two free boosters included' I was assured that I wouldn't need them. Well, clearly something isn't quite right yet. An online request for the boosters yesterday has not been responded to yet so the verdict is out.

We really appreciate the amazing service we have received from everyone involved. It started with a call from Sandra in Maine. She walked us through the signing up process, gave us a lot of great information, explained everything to us and was extremely kind and helpful. A great beginning. On Friday the techs came to do the work needed to hook us up on Saturday. We were immediately impressed with both. They were so optimistic and supportive and you just knew they would do everything needed to get us ready for the next day. They were conversationalists and showed a great sense of humor. We really enjoyed having them here. On Friday our tech, Kevaughn Francis arrived as planned and again had a very pleasant and positive attitude with which he assured us he would have us up and running in no time and that he knew we would love the speed and performance as it is terrific. And he was right. We do. He also stayed as long as he could be helpful making sure all our computers and printers, etc. were connected. He was wonderful as were all the others involved in bringing us this service. Everyone took their time with us and went out of there way to make sure all our questions were answered and we were satisfied with the service.
