Amazing shop! Had a good idea what the problem was when I inquired, and when I went in with it they were sure all my vacuum needed was a new trigger. Very friendly, said it would only be a few days and then it was completed the next day! Can’t say enough, will be sending more business their way

We called GR Smith Vacuums for what appeared to be a simple clog in the central vac system. Jim was able to find time the very next day to fix the system. There ended up being bigger issues with piping and electrical but he made sure everything was fixed and working properly before leaving. Great service and would highly recommend.

I have a Kenmore from Sears so finding parts is impossible but they were able to get my vacuum working great again by finding a creative solution and was so much cheaper than I expected! It was fixed in less than 2 hrs of dropping it off too! Will definitely be going back and highly recommend.

Amazing service! Brought our vacuum in within 2 days they had repaired it and they charged us so little for the repair. The vacuum works great! We'd got back there in a heartbeat. Have already passed your name on.

Had a Bissell steam cleaner that wouldn't spray. Dropped it off and expected a call in about a week or so. Instead got a call before I could get home. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it free of charge. If you want great service, this is the place to go.

Terrific vac shop! Jim & Rhonda are wonderful, honest people. I have bought various parts from them for the vacuums I own, and each time got exactly what I need at reasonable prices. In addition, they have parts for older vacuums....back years ago, Jim came to the rescue & had a bottom plate for a Hoover upright that was long obsolete & discontinued. He literally saved that vacuum from seeing a garbage dump!Give these people some business....they're good, honest, hardworking people who go out of their way to help you.

These guys are great. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and was seen quickly. The lady was very helpful and thorough. She made the suction of my vacuum so much better. By taking out all the dog hair that was in there. She also replaced the belt and the bearing. Fantastic service and it only cost a bit over $20. Its like I got a new vacuum!

Highly recommend this small business for all your vacuum needs... and the price for this fix was so reasonable!!! I was pleasantly surprised!I had a friend asked me to see if they had vacuum bags for her old vacuum and they did!! So if u can't find vacuum bags for your old machine I would recommend you check out G R Smith Vacuums because chances are they do... I'm sorry I didn't catch the owners 1st name but thank you for your help!! It was truly a pleasure!!
