Azia Spa

I’ve been going to Azia consistently for 5 years, I’ve ove looked their constant booking wrong appointments and constantly trying to rebook appointments I’ve already booked weeks in advanceafter today I will not be returning. I’m not sure what her name was who did my lashes but it was the farthest thing from “relaxing” she lifted my eye lid when she brushed my lashes, scrapped my eye lids with the brush, her tweezers would catch my eye before they got to my lashes multiple times.I let the younger girl at the front desk know, she was completely unfazed said thanks for letting her know.In the past they were so good about handling issues. The complete lack of concern from the girl at the desk was the final straw.Not sure if there was a management change or what. But the last 4-5 months they have gone drastically down hill.

The staff are really great and so kind. Unfortunately I’ve gone there twice now and both times the nail techs were unable to do a flower on my nail.I got my nails done May 12 there and they looked great initially but unfortunately they chipped and cracked really fast. It’s been two weeks today and I had to get them removed because of how poor they looked :( I’m used to going 4 weeks between nails so I’m a little sad they didn’t last.

first time ever going to a spa as a guy, and I loved the experience. I just went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up and they did an amazing job. The atmosphere was so peaceful and nice, super comfortable as well. The staff are super friendly and really skilled. I was very specific how I wanted my eyebrows to be done and the employee listened to me and did a perfect job. Highly recommend this place. I believe the lady that did my brows was Felicia if im not mistaken

Went for a couples massage and pedicure. Massage was amazing but pedicures were awful. I would not go back here for a pedicure. We had two Asian ladies and the old one was rude and unprofessional - insulting my skin and just healed broken toe. When I asked her to stop she wouldn’t stop the rude comments. I would recommend going else where for a pedicure- it would probably be cheaper and better. I wish I could have got my money back for that part.

This was my first time here as I was looking for a new place to go to for pedicures. I booked in the day of and got booked with Julia. She did an amazing job and really took the time to make my feet look brand new. There was a slight hiccup because I wanted regular white nail polish and she said they were all out so I could either choose shellac (extra $15) or a different colour. I opted for shellac because I wanted white. The owner came over and asked why I switched to gel instead, in which I explained to her the reasoning and she went to go hunting for the regular white polish. I was already almost finished so she gave me a discount instead and a referral card. Excellent management super friendly business - I’m certain it was just an honest mistake so I will definitely be back because the service and quality was great :) thank you Julia and Halina!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Asia Spa and I must say, it was an absolutely extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a tranquil ambiance that immediately put me at ease.The staff at Azia Spa are true professionals, and their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every aspect of my visit. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The therapists and aestheticians were incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, creating an atmosphere of expertise and trust.

Went there for an urgent need for face waxing. Got my face waxing done. The lady removed an extra chunk of hair from my forehead when i asked her to remove just one or two" lines of hair to.match with the other side of forehead. She probably got irritated and put a lot of wax on a big part of my forhead hair and removed all of the top layer of my hair. Now i have a fuller head on right hand side and less hair on my left hand side of forehead head. I forgot to grab the waxing strip from her before leaving her room to show it to the lady at desk just to give her an idea what her staff did to me.They gave me 10 dollars off to make up for this !Not coming back here!"

My first time visiting Azia, booked a last minute appointment for a lash lift and brow lamination. Staff were very friendly and got me in with short notice. Although the lashes looked great immediately afterwards, they have started to lose curl already. It’s only been an hour since my appointment, and my middle and outer-corner lashes have lost most of their curl. They did a great job on my eyebrows, so I hope they last longer than the eyelashes did.

Great Service from nail tech Julia! Not my first coming to Azia Spa but was my first time coming for a manicure and won’t be the last! Based on other places that I go to my nails chip fast but so far with Azia my nails have been strong and great! I further came back for a pedi. What a top notch experience! Great job Julia! -Cate

I have been going to this azia biannually for years for my spa needs. i have had all kinds of service from mani pedi massage facial waxing. It is always a pleasant experience. This last weekend I had the pleasure of booking a spa day with my bestie and holy we were both so relaxed afterwards. The massage service was incredible! The both of us felt refreshed and taken care of through our entire visit. thank you so much to the 4 ladies who worked so hard to make our day amazing! And as always, i will be back! My friend loved the services so much she had to book another spa day in the near future! So happy to share their wonderful service. She was absolutely amazed by everyones hard work and professionalism.
