Summary:- Very slow service. The lease transfer took in total 3 weeks.- During the process, they left us in total darkness. They never responded to our status inquiries and never gave us updates.- The lease transfer was incomplete. Previous owner was still able to unlock, start and check the location of my car using the Lexus App.- Avoid dealing with representative: Amy Miron.Not something you would expect from a luxury brand dealership.Details:Took us 1 week of calling/emailing them everyday to have them initiate a lease transfer.Took them 1 week and half to complete the lease transfer after it was initiated. They left us in total darkness during the lease transfer process. No updates and never responded to our status inquiries via emails nor phone calls. Calls were always pushed to voicemail.During the lease transfer meeting they were so in a rush to have us leave that the lease transfer process was incomplete. The previous owner was still able to unlock, start the car and even check the location of my car using the Lexus App. A total breach of privacy and insurance risk. We had to call them every day for 4 days to have them take that issue seriously and fix it.Maybe the representative was incompetent, so avoid dealing with the following representative: Amy Miron.On another note, bring your own Car License Cover as they will install the ugliest none luxury looking license cover. Check photos. Makes your Lexus look like a cheap Toyota.

The experience is absolutely fantastic! Having purchased different cars before, I can say that the staffs in Lexus Brossard are very accomodating and all smiles! Special shoutout to Mico Pedroza, you deserve a raise or promotion! He is very hard-working and even goes the extra mile to help out! I know that sales person can go all out to make a sale but Mico was different, he does his best to find ways and be able to help out! Unfortunately, the reception lady clearly does not know her schedule. Took an appointment on the phone for 8h00 am friday june the 30th and they are closed. Waste of time.

March 15, 2023 visited Lexus Brossard to see their inventory for the RX350 2019 model.The salesman I dealt with was informative and friendly. I decided to take one of their vehicles for a road test. In order to do so I had to leave a deposit of $500.00. Never heard of this before. Nor ever had to in the past.Paid the deposit and took the drive. Upon returning to receive my deposit back it had to be signed/authorized by the Director. He was in a meeting and wasn't available for 15 minutes. Finally salesman found someone else to authorize. Took more time than the drive itself. Not impressed.

I don't why people complaining I went to change my tire and inspection my car they are very nice people he is very polite and respectful the only problem especially pascal he Nocera guy and take care of my car

Firstly thank you to Elena for being wonderful to deal with and being able to accommodate my tight schedule. I purchased my used Mercedes from her in passing while traveling from AB to NB; she had sent me all the paperwork and we completed negotiations prior to arrival. From test drive to driving away took less than 2 hours.I have waited two months to post this review as I bought used and wanted to make sure everything worked well. Couldn't recommend a more professional dealership in Brossard, thank you again !
