They do an amazing job at a fair price! They went the extra mile for us to squeeze my mini goldendoodle in on short notice as we had plans for her to meet some work friends and I had screwed her hair up so badly trying to clip her myself we would be too embarrassed to show her off.They saved the day! Our baby didn't look beautiful to just us and our work friends, she was complimented by EVERYONE she met at the Toronto Gay Pride Parade!Thank you again to the team and especially Jadyn for such an amazing job and helping us out!I apologize I'd the photos don't do justice to the amazing job, I'm about as great at taking photos as I am clipping a dogs hair ahah!

I brought my 6 months old Bernedoodle puppy here today and the ladies did a great job cutting his fur. Earlier, we didn't have the best experience with PetSmart as for the same price they were able to do only an introductory visit and expected us to do 3 more before they would be able to do his fist real haircut. However, with Dog Spaw everything was the exact opposite. Good haircut for an active puppy in two hours, no introductory visits, no long waiting lists. My puppy was not stressed and I wasn't either. Thank you so much! We'll be back.

We just moved to KW and was a bit stressed about finding the right groomer for our dog. She previously was nervous and it took us a while to find the right person to groom our dog.We met with Lori for a meet and greet, and our dog was very comfortable and relaxed on site. Our first groom with Sydney was even better! We provided blade cut information from our former groomer and we’re so impressed with how our Giant Schnauzer looked at pick up. Our dog was comfortable and happy to be at the groomers! This is the best news and feedback to hear.So glad we found St. Jacob’s Pet Spaw!

We had a wonderful experience! We had been looking for a place to bring our Newfoundland puppy. We were delighted to hear that our local dog spa specialized in big dog breeds.Today was our first visit, and we will become regulars! We were thrilled with how clean and well groomed our puppy was! Plus, Neddie, had a great time!

Eddie liked his first visit and came out looking like a teddy bear. Great first visit to the spaw. Cant wait for his first real cut next time!

What can I say, they are so freindly via text. We had to change 1 or 2 times because of the snow recently. They understood it was our dog's first time! Great cut and we will return over and over agian-We have a Aussie doodle called Luna. Thanks for the 5 Star service!
