This is the best affordable spa in Orleans. The staff went above and beyond and were so kind! They also did a great job on my nails and they still look good weeks later. I am the type of person who has chips the day after I get my nails done but these ones have lasted great!If you want a great experience, with good prices, good service and good quality nails then go here!

Exceptional experience. Booking the appointment was quick and easy over the phone. Very accommodating as we were a group of 4 getting pedicures. We loved our service! Best pedicure I've ever had.Thank you so much!

Was an okay experience. Got a pedi and mani, but the mani was with shellac :/ but the shellac already chipped by last Friday when it was done last Wednesday. Didn't last even a couple days. Pretty sad to pay all that money to have it chip a couple days later. Do not recommend...

Went for a shellac pedicure and I was very happy with the end result. They took their time and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Will be back!

My daughter in law and I went in yesterday for pedicures and nails! The shop was very nice and clean! We had amazing service! We are very impressed ! WE are planning to continue to go there. The ladies were lovely and very professional. 5 stars is not enough. I highly recommend this salon!

Do NOT get your lashes done there— ever. Went to get a refill on my lashes… it took forever before she started doing my lashes. Even though I had booked an appointment. In less than 5hrs I had 1/4 of the lashes fall out.She glue my real lashes to the fake ones so it was hard to blink, some keep falling. I had to put oil on some to separate them. It’s so bad. My real lashes are damages.It was not the length I asked for, I like them short cause I wear glasses, so I asked for size 10 and max 12. I got super long lashes and they’re already damaged.I’m so frustrated but the lady was so nice. I will definitely not be going back. I wanted to go back to ask her to remove it but I’m afraid it will be more damage.She was super rough the first time and kept pulling on my real lashes cause she kept putting glue on.

I booked 2 shellac manicures and 1 pedicure for myself and daughter and it was confirmed but when we arrived they did our nails one at a time. Kinda defeats the point of going together. Manicures we’re ok, a little sloppy but not too bad. They kept answering the phone and walking around during our appointment. It took almost 2 hours! The worst part is that the lady used the towel that was on my feet and legs to wipe down the chair! There was also hair on the towel for my manicure. Not a clean space at all.
