TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Slow service!!!!! Very disappointed with this particular branch. So many people line up and only two tellers open. One teller could be with a customer for almost 25 minutes. Ridiculous.

I found a wallet with some bank cards in it. One is TD debit card and one is RBC. I went to this branch and hoping they will contact the owner so that they don't need to cancel or worry about it. But bad experience. I was told to leave the wallet and they will contact the client later today. What if you lost your wallet and couldnt find it anywhere, how do you feel about? Just one simple phone call to let your client know and they will be saved from all the hassles. I went further to see a manager. Same result. So I chose to leave the place and went to RBC branch near price Mart. Instant, the teller contact the owner and he/she was so happy about it.I am not sure what is the normal practice. I just think a simple phone call can solve your customer problem, why not?I went for extra mile to go to the branch and for the bank can't even make a phone call?Anyway, just want to share my experience.

Terrible service. Bankdraft issued in THIS branch and deposited it to THIS branch within 24 hours. They hold bankdraft for 5 business days even teller manager confirmed the bank draft is issued in THIS branch. How ridiculous is that?

Tellers care about paperwork and doing random stuff behind the counter. Nobody manning the counter. Literally nobody. 7 people waiting in line no one is acknowledging.

Wishing TD will continue to value her as their precious asset.

The manager Denise Luk is a lier. She personally submitted our mortgage documents which we asked them to cancel already. They didn't respect their client's decision and lie to us face to face several times. She is the worst person we met in Canada.

Went here 2 months ago to close my RRSP, agent was nice but didn’t properly do what I asked him to. Went today to close it one more time, explained what happened and the agent had no empathy at all towards what I’ve been through to close this account. No accountability on their part for wasting peoples time.

I tried to change my mother's debit card password at this branch. A few years back, I had registered a power of attorney on my mother's account at the Burnaby branch. However, the manager at this branch told me that the power of attorney never existed and that my request to change the password was not allowed, even though I had a power of attorney on the account. I asked why I was able to have my mother's TD card sent to me when I requested it at the TD branch located at Francis and No.1 road if I didn't have a power of attorney. The manager insinuated that I would be better off asking for help from the TD branch at Francis and No.1, as they could assist me better. I then asked if she was saying that the branch at No.1 breached their fiduciary duty, to which she replied yes. This company is very disorganized. Similar things happened to me before at different branches.

Long line up but you can see many staff working in the teller counter doing their own stuff and ignorethe long line up. Tellers are inexperienced. they will not accomodate you resasonable request. Worst TD branch

The TD Bank on Granville and 3 Rd is actually the closest TD to me, but they lock up the ATM's when they lock up bank (as early as 4 pm, no later than 8pm) usually around 6pm! There is nothing convenient about that!! But the one on Westminster, has ATM service available 24/7. It's a full size bank, and appears it offers full range of services. ATM's are located at the back of bank, accessable from the parking bay on the lowest level...
