We have been shopping hot tubs since June of 2021, it is February 2022 and we finally got our hot tub. After 2 horrible experiences with other hot tub vendors in the twin cities we are very happy with our Marquis Spa that we bought from Skylar! Be very careful when you shop hot tubs in the twin cities. many of the sales people are down right scum. Since it is COVID you will have to wait and they also have excessive down payments that they will not give back to you without a fight! Skylar was straight forward, knowledgeable and was able to provide us a fantastic hot tub at a great price! She has been great after the sale as she has checked up with us as well. The sale, delivery and after care have all been fantastic! Yes that is a stainless looking hot tub. It is SO COOL.

Rude and kind of made us feel like we had to figure everything out ourselves. Finally agreed to purchase a part that had to be ordered through them, had to call back the next day to cancel it and they didnt even have anything on file about it. Not one clue, none of our info. They thought we had called/bought the part from a completly different company! Never again with them.

The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful.The younger staff are unprofessional.Went in the unlocked door 5 minutes before they were open and the young man said sorry we're not open and I had to leave.

Always great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff and whenever I have something going on with my hot tub that I think is a big deal. They hand me what I need and voila, it’s fixed! These guys aren’t just a merchant trying to sell you stuff, they are experts.

Super nice workers there, and they have some of the best customer service around. Everyone takes their job seriously it seems, especially the one girl Skylar who helped me when I was there. I go to them for all my pool needs now.

Don't go here if you want a quality hot tub or good customer service. We purchased a brand new Marquis a couple years ago and it's had a leak ever since we purchased it. Requested they replace it but somehow I was on the hook for the shipping even though I had received a faulty tub from the start. They ended up patching it but it continues to leak albeit slowly. I've also had 3 of the 4 straps for the cover come off. I've made multiple calls about the straps and they've offered zero assistance to get this fixed so far. If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not waste your hard earned money here.Truly, Luke

First time spa owner. Purchased used. Chemicals all out of whack. Went in with a water sample. They analyzed for free. Provided a recipe" for recovery. A took the time to give a full explanation Got the chemical I needed at a reasonable price. Everything is now spot-on. Why would you go anywhere else?"

Very rude and snotty staff, went in there to order a cartridge filter for a pool, and ask a few questions. But it was obvious that they neither knew nor cared about what we were asking. Next day I called to cancel my order, that I had already payed for, and they tried to tell me that they had no record of the sale. It got straightened out, but I will definitely not be going back there. Will be trying the Blue Fin pool and spa if I need a pool store.
