I have been using Jeff Smith Plumbing for 14 years, things go wrong with plumbing,i recognize that. But I reached a point of being fed up, waiting for plumber to fix things, I decided to fix my toilet myself, the lever broke, couldn't flush, I decided I don't want to call plumber, fed up with waiting, I went to noble and got everything I needed yesterday, it was not expensive, and I can't remember the person's name who helped me, but he was phenomenal, really nice, I walked out of there and fixed my toilet, ìt has saved me a small fortune and aggravation. It was a simple thing, but noble plumbing really helped me yesterday, August 19th, best service ever, and really nice!!

Firstly the store is closed for in person shopping, secondly the orders must be made via phone call, thirdly nobody is answering the phone, fourthly their website does not provide online shopping service. they need to hire smarter people I guess.

I am a DIY homeowner. I had 2 A/C units down. Needed 2 capacitors which were not in stock. Ordered for next AM. Products were not as spec provided. Micro Farad fan rating was 50% lower than requested but Noble service guy said all would be fine. I checked and if installed it would have cooked both fan motors. Recommend a different supplier that is more knowledgeable and won't cause further damage to your HVAC equipment .
