As my first YMCA experience it has been great. I look forward to checking out YMCAs in other cities now.My hotel didnt have a gym and offered free day passes. It's a much better alternative to any hotel gym. Much better still than any Fit4Less I have been to also.The free weights go over 100lbs and the handle and bar options are nearly all encompassing.Huge exercise room also with lots of swiss balls, plastic steps and mats.Thanks for the great location Corner Brook!

Amazing YMCA. Everyone is super friendly. My wife and I did the Yoga class and we are going be k tonight for Tabata. 8 bucks gets you a day pass to the gym and all classes.

Friendly Staff, casual and welcoming weightroom and class environments with all the equipment you need for a decent work out. Covid protocols in place - extra cleaning, no water fountain, pathways, etc.
