We've been dealing with this place for years and the quality of their window units has had a steady decline. Misaligned panes, interior rub marks, interior and exterior scratches, poor quality silicon urethane backfill, sloppy and sometimes void backfill. Not to mention poor customer service; trying to tell them they've made a bad unit or to claim warranty on something is a headache we'd rather leave behind. Only reason we've kept with them was their selection of spacer bars and grill colours. But we can't keep on with this level of quality.

The quality of glass/sealed units has become absolute garbage in the last 6 months. Dirty, covered in some sort of cleaner or chemical residue thats nearly impossible to clean off. Seal failures, butyl/silicon all over glass and inside sealed units. Quality control and checking product before shipping clearly does not exist along with proper staff training to build product properly without error.

Do not let them have drivers abstract if applying for a job . some how the manage to lose it. Both original and photocopy . . . lol im sure was intentional very .Clicky dont recomend working there . not impressed bunch of idiots. Wage not good . people not good :)))

Quality of work is horrendous sealed units are absolutely filthy and more times then not have the low e even on the wrong side! It's almost as if someone intentionally wipes the glass and smears whatever sealant around. Also the 10mm shower glass all have seeds and scratches throughout. None of the cuts are the size it says on the cut list.
