Budget Truck Rental

Poor service! I ordered an online car SUV with 7 seats after 3 days, an agent called me to announce that there are no cars available !! in all Winnipeg agencies!! and the agent did not try to do any effort to help me to find an alternative.

Bad experience from these place I don't recommend their rentals

I have never had such a terrible experience as I have had with the manager at the Templeton Budget (Jim Gautier) location. The manager has zero customer service skills. He chase's customers away. I witnessed him belittle his staff as well as customers. Dana (believe that is her name) is an excellent rep and apologized profusely for this guys conduct. I will be contacting the owner of this location as well as the Budget Canada Service Center. This Manager believes he is god. He needs to remember customers pay his wages. Judging by other comments on here, I am not the only one who feels this way about this Manager. Total Jerk. I am glad my husband was not around to see how degrading this guy speaks to people. He probably would of set him straight. Rent with caution from this location,

Horrible customer service, charging me twice on credit card. Call customer care, unable to understand operator. Trying to charge me with existing damage on vehicle.

Incredible! I left my garage door opener in the rental and budget found it after 3 weeks, talk about not dropping the ball - wow, very impressive.

I previously owned a car that was in the shop probably once a month. This is the only place I got my rentals from. Beautiful brand new cars that are very clean. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, and the process in general was quick and smooth. Highly recommend.

Got my car fixed from collision center and have to rent a car from here. The receptionist is so rude and show amateur behavior! Car was clean but 1 star for service performance!

Terrible experience here. Staff here are so incredibly rude and would rather be elsewhere. They belittled my girlfriend for not having a credit card and did nothing to offer any sort of information or help. I came back with her to use my cards and the lady who helped us was quite rude until my credit card went through. Terrible experience.

Eugene is really good and so professional. She is so soft spoken, I just love her service and her personality. I wish i could give her more stars.

They were fantastic, gave me 3 choices of different suv's to use while my truck was being repaired. The suv was very very clean, full of gas, easy to drive, very comfortable. Overall I'm very pleased with this business.
