Always Always helpful, overly qualified to be a pharmacist and a wealth of information. This Pharmacy is no where near the closest one to our home and we go out of our way to recieve the best care.

My name is Bernice and my experience with this pharmacy was first class. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will certainly recommend this pharmacy.

My husband had eye surgery and prescription was given at hospital….only to find out that one of the meds was not available and the other was taking 2-3 days to arrive. Spoke with pharmacist here and he was able to get me the one medication right away and he had the other one in stock. Absolutely will go back here. Thanks

We as a family have been coming to Pharmasave Willowbrook now for several years and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. They are courteous, attentive and kind, they treat my parents (M94, F96) with absolute respect even when Ma and Pa are a little unsure" about what's going on. Prescriptions are filled promptly or as needed and necessary meds can be delivered. We needed some medical supplies for Ma and it was taken care of

I have nothing but the best to say about this pharmacy. VERY knowledgeable owner and staff, always ready to help. You can phone them any time with questions or queries about your medications and always get a pleasant voice at the other end ready to help. I had a situation wherein I was desperate for medication but the refill was with another pharmacy that had long line-ups and I was in no condition to stand in line. Upon my request they got my refill prescription transferred and made sure that the medication was supplied to me promptly. Very impressed with their delivery service.

Great customer service! They're very nice and always remember my name and always ask how I am doing and how's my family. They always greet me right when i walk through the door. They even go the extra mile of calling me to see if i need a refill or to let me know that my medication is ready! They're extremely knowledgeable about my medication and explain in detail on how and when to use it. The owner is very nice and is always willing to go above and beyond for my needs! One of the pharmasaves I would highly recommend everyone to go too.

These guys are amazing! I would never go anywhere else! I’m treated like a friend not a customer. They fill our prescriptions fast (whenever possible). Amazing customer service! I’d give more stars if possible!

Terrible experience first pharmacist said the dosage was incorrect and had to check with the physician. Waited around to find out he could not get ahold of the doctor and that i could come back tomorrow to pick up the prescription. He made very clear to me that the prescription had to be mixed and wanted me to confirm 100% i would be back tomorrow to pick up. I confirmed as it was antibiotics for my son. My wife then stopped by the next day to pick up the prescription and was told it was not prepared and that we didnt confirm we were coming. He then confirmed the prescription in fact was correct. He started to mix the prescription on the spot then after starting tells my wife he doesnt have enough to cover the full dosage. My wife asks to take the prescription elsewhere she cant because hes already started. Tells my wife if she loved her child she would have called and confirmed that they had enough. At no point during my initial visit did he mention they might not have enough. Absolutely terrible customer service never apologized or admitted to any wrongdoing. Do not come here!

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. Treat you like a long time friend and if possible they fill the prescription as you wait.
