Had $3k in service work to replace left exhaust manifold and turbo coolant hose on my Ford Transit 250. While the vehicle in for service and taken apart, I confirmed with service department that the turbo was good, they confirmed “yes” turbo was good (it would have been easy to test and inspect at that time). Went to have van safety certified at another location, tech noted turbo was leaking. Went back to Bickley, mechanic noted turbo was leaking so needed to be replaced (2/3rds of the labour is taking the van apart to get at the turbo) and after not getting straight answers General Manager Mike McKay denied any accountability had no proposal to remedy his service departments neglected and/or incompetence during the initial repair to get the turbo fix. Also told I would receive a call back before end of day when I had my van in at 8 AM but had to chase people down to get answers just before closing. Not satisfied.

Incredible lack of service with no call backs. Son in-law dropped off truck for tire change, they put a hole in new snow 3 weeks ago and still hasn't replaced their mistake. Still waiting for recall from last year to be fixed. Buy elsewhere, buyer beware.

What amazing service. They picked me up for my test drive. ALEX himself. Took me from Bracebridge to Huntsville. Test drove. Then home. What amazing service. The transaction had no issues what so ever. Smiles the entire time. This is why even though I live in Bracebridge, I still shop Bickley in Huntsville!

On Monday June 20th, I went to Bickley Ford with an engine light issue on my F150. We were in the middle of a vacation travelling and did not want to continue without it being rectified. I went to the dealership without an appointment and within one hour the situation was rectified. The front counter staff was exceptionally helpful and understanding. It was a great experience. Thanks again.

We were travelling through Huntsville heading back to Southern Ontario pulling our camping trailer from Algonquin. The windshield wipers on our vehicle stopped working in the middle of a storm on the highway. We were just a couple minutes from Bickley's and they were amazing and one of their service workers came out to the road and had a look for us! Unbelievable experience! Would definitely highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle in the area!

I drive a Ford plug-in hybrid great on gas solid vehicle. I'm looking forward to the lightning truck coming out soon. The F-150 is now and has always been the best dang truck on the road! I bet you the lightning will be the best electric vehicle on the road! It will sure give the competitors a solid run for the money. My call is, that it will be the best electric vehicle value on the market bar none when it finally gets here! I am fixated with anticipation to drive it! Come on for it let's go we need this truck!

Just bought a Maverick (it's awesome) from Bickley and I was super happy with every part of the process. Kristy is a wonderful salesperson and if you get a chance to work with her, you should. She was cheerful, helpful, available, and just generally great. Graham in financial was also excellent.Compared to my experiences with some other dealers it's night and day. They have made a loyal customer out of me.
