Indigo Parking Toronto - Metro Centre

I try to use the elevator to get back to garage but the door is locked. Time is 10:30pm. So I need to take the car entrance. Very weird set up.

We parked on Sunday and I used the elevator to go up to street level since I had a stroller. When I tried re-entering the parking lot using the same doors, it was locked. I spent 30 minutes wandering around looking for an open entrance with an elevator for my stroller, nothing was open. I ended up having to take the garage entrance to go back in the parking garage which was quite dangerous for me and my baby. I would not recommend this parking lot, at least on the weekends.

Good parking lot. Staff is friendly. Be mindful of the elevator door hours as they seem to be locked and you’ll have to walk around to the entrance of the garage.

Overall this parking garage is in a convenient location and met the needs of parking. However, the process of getting out was not great. Paying at the gate wasn’t working properly but didn’t say why it was rejecting. We then backed out and went to the pay station. That also rejected the card but did not give the parking ticket back. We then had to use the help call button to get the associate to manually pull up the ticket so we could pay. We finally got out but then they charged the card twice for the same amount.

Hard to find the exit
