I came in with my wife and we hadan amazing experience with Francia. I got a lifetime diamond warranty for my wife's engagement ring and we go get it cleaned, inspected and do rodium plating every 6 months. We live close to West Ed and were told to only go once a year which we wondered why. She reprinted the contract for us and highlighted the part where we have to go every 6 months. The whole interaction was great. She was very bubbly and we were laughing and exchanging stories. Would recommend seeing Francia if you go there.

Bought this beautiful neckless from the kingsway mall store for my wife. They guaranteed that it wouldn’t cause any reaction to my wife that has a sensitive skin and if it does to return it. I trusted them so didn’t keep the receipt handy big mistake as they refused to take it back even though they have proof that I bought it from them not even 15days ago. I have bought several staff from these guy but never again. I recommend anyone go to other stores because if you lose the physical receipt these guys won’t refund your money. So sad now stuck with over $600 of a necklace I don’t need. I have bought thousands of dollars of jewellery from these guy but never again. The manager and associate was also very rude.Look at the review picture to see the manager and his representative that are so disrespectful.Sharif and Maryana are the best workers there and I will only go there if they are working as they know the real value of repeat customers. Thanks guys and I hope the company values and appreciates you.

Complete joke. They refused to do my warranty work on my ring because they were too busy and didn't want to interrupt inventory during store hours to enter anything warranty related into their computer. Too bad they already have my money, or I would be shopping elsewhere. In the future, that will definitely be the case.

The staff is so friendly, the jewelry is awesome and good prices, the manager at the store is so kind and has always an answer for all your questions

Yesterday I was at this location and had a fantastic experience with a young man named Ozzy. He helped me resize my watches to fit me better.I hadn’t even purchased them from this store. I have purchased other jewelry from this store and have been very pleased.Great customer service as always ❤️

I’m deeply upset by how awful and condescending the staff was to my boyfriend, who is the most kind and patient man. We have been looking at rings for a year or so, whenever we have gone in to look, I myself felt judged for what I was looking for which I overlooked. We found one we liked and to make sure it would still be an option while I kept looking at rings he paid a deposit. I’m between two rings I love and one is at this store or so we thought…we have made calls to see if it’s still available and we were told it can’t be located…? He went in person a few weeks back and was treated so rudely (and like another review I read lesser than human) I suggested we go to the store today to look at the ring and this is when he told me about his experience. My man is the sweetest and didn’t deserve to be treated like that. A simple yes or no about if the ring was still available would have sufficed… still awaiting two weeks later to hear from the manager. Not holding our breath, we do not want to give them our business anymore. I won’t be recommending this jeweller to anyone.

Sale experience was amazing, Staff was amazing and super helpful. Only issue I had was through flexcity, they I wasn't able to pick up my product multiple times due to flexcity making me do run arounds. Flexcity would keep hanging up on me when I was trying to resolve the issue.If you are looking to finance your product, talk to Sharif or Ozzy there to help you.
