Not impressed with lack of service. They get what they need from potential clients for what I can assume for their own research bit offer nothing in return. I understand very long wait times. Is this because of lack of staff or just plain inefficiency. They claim to want to help but they offer no tangible help whatsoever. What a disappointment this facility is. They ask alot of questions with these potential clients but offer them empty promises.

-PROS-Lots of parking, people I’ve worked with directly or indirectly are so nice, open and understanding!If you have to go here I truly hope you cross paths with them.————--CONS-On another note However…NOT ALL but definitely a COUPLE of the secretary members.. give off a really negative vibe…short tempered, bothered or annoyed..and quick to respond with “not my job” and cut conversation immediately instead of responding with a secondary solution or any type of insight for that matter.Trust me, out of everyone in this world, I 100% completely understand & respect bad days do happen, & professionalism towards clientele isn’t always going to be top notch…. This behaviour has been consistent over a long period of time... maybe overworked? Idk..Also I’ve found it’s extremely HARD to get ahold of someone at the front desk!I’ve doubled checked the hours of operation and made sure to ask lunch closures….attempted to call around those timeframes… and still…it’s a struggle.I’ve left detailed messages NEVER receive a call back.
