I cannot express how grateful I am for the support, reassurance, and empathy that the staff at Pattison showed me following the death of my friend.Dave C and Dave T could not have been more helpful. They helped me navigate the onslaught of paperwork and decisions that needed to be made. Everything fell into place in a way that seemed effortless, even though I am certain it was not.The service Dave and Dave helped me plan was incredibly personal and special- they went above and beyond to help us honour a friend who was taken from us far too soon. They put everyone at ease, and even took the time to make sure my young daughter felt understood, included and prepared before the service. Those small acts helped her through a very heavy day, and I have no doubt that their compassion will be long remembered in her heart.There was so much work done behind the scenes by the staff as they managed every last detail. There is nothing easy about putting someone you care so much about to rest, but the people at Pattison made all the difference.

Great People at Pattison Funeral HomeService was excellent and everyone was very helpful

My grandma used this funeral home for my grandpa and she couldn't be happier with the care and attention that they took for her at this difficult time in her life. Even months later they called her with a real nice Christmas ornament with my grandpa's picture in it and a nice poem. She told me that the casket they picked was$1000 cheaper than another funeral home for the exact same casket. I feel like any company that handles funerals with such sensitivity and care deserves to be the company that helps other people through the difficult process of death.
