A nice mix of good workers and a white male who took my card and destroyed it on sight as well as a $5,000 check. I am glad that he got food poisoning before I showed up. He called me slurs.

European lady at the front desk with a heavy accent likes to discriminate when talking to people. I asked her to fax something for me she told me to go to another bank to do it. So i asked her why cant she? She said we dont fax. Then tells me she cant serve me because I don't like her. Then she starts asking me, why i dont have online banking? Is this her business?She sent me to another person and they faxed it and sent me on my way within 5 minutes. This the type of people you have working for you?

Sadly the staff is so rude. Very tight nit employees. I have so many problems just depositing cheques. Always an excuse as to why they can't use or take the cheque. Go to another branch and the other branch has no problem. I think it's just highly unprofessional.

Worst branch . They always put. My cheques​ on hold for few days. Never had problems with others Branchs , but this one.

Service is very poor and super slow. Expect to be there for at least 20-30 mins even for something small. They have only 2-3 people working there even on a busy weekdays. Employees are super slow and always having personal conversations with clients while other clients wait in line. Service need improvement big time.

Pho Nguyen is a financial advisor at this branch. I've been helping my elderly mother who has health challenges sort out some of her finances. Pho took such good care of us! She was patient, kind and fast wth all of her responses and getting things done.I highly recommend Pho and this RBC branch. They truly care about supporting customers.

Very friendly staff and easy to talk too. Whenever we had a problem or situation they always presented a few different options and walked you through each option to make sure you understood everything. There staff is very knowledgeable and well prepared. Yes, sometimes there are long wait times but every bank, grocery store, Tim Horton's, etc have this issue these days. Cannot expect to have everything exactly when you want to have it.What I really like is that the staff remembers you and always says hi to you and asks how things are going even if you are not there to see them. You are not just a number. We do the majority of our banking with this branch and have never had any problems in almost 10 years!

I received superior customer service at this branch today because of Sky.My credit card had been compromised and I wasn’t having luck with any of the RBC numbers I called.I went in at 12:30, spoke to Sky, left the branch and by 1:00 was called and told that all was taken care of.Thank you for turning a very frustrating situation around with incredible efficiency and professionalism.Greatly appreciated!

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.
