I had a wonderful experience with this florist. I live out of town and wanted to order flowers for my mother-in-law. I called the store instead of ordering online and was greeted by a very pleasant lady who helped me plan a bouquet and promised to deliver the next day. My mother-in-law raves about what she received. She said it is the nicest floral arrangement she has ever received...and she is 85! I highly recommend KL Flora Designs!

I had a wonderful experience at this store. The two ladies were very amicable and did not force me to purchase. The flowers are gorgeous all over the store and the arrangement that I bought was perfect for my daughter’s graduation. After a couple hours in the trunk of my car and 2 days in a vase, the flowers are still in fantastic shape. The prices are fair. I did not use their delivery options after reading the reviews.

This florist happens to be the best florist that I know every time my husband or anyone gets me flowers from this florist my flowers last me months I got a gift for Mother’s Day from my husband 2 1/2 years ago and the flowers had dried perfectly and the flowers lasted 1 1/2 months so if anybody needs to go to a great florist, you must go to this one if you want your flowers to last and your moneys worth the flowers from forever flowers these flowers are real, and they last as long as those flowers could last. Thanks.

If I could give this a 0 star I would, my boyfriend ordered a bouquet for me for Valentine’s Day days prior. The email they sent him said they would be delivered for the 14th, no time indicated. He was waiting all day for the delivery, he called once to see where his order was, they said they’d call the driver and get back to him(they never did). He called 2 hours later and they said the driver should be there shortly. It is now the 15th and they never came nor has he heard anything from them since the second phone call. Disappointed, how could you leave someone hanging like that on such a special day? he was so frustrated and sad that nothing had come for me.

Do not use this business! They failed to deliver the flowers for Valentine's Day for my girlfriend I ordered two weeks ahead of time (and paid additional money for on this day). I called earlier in the afternoon and they said they would be delivered, but never showed up. What a complete disgrace. I encourage anyone who has had this problem to call their credit card company and report as a fraudulent charge.

Yesterday, I received the most beautiful bouquet ever from my amazing cousin! Thank you KL Flora Designs. And the next day, received a long stem rose and birthday balloon from the shop! Thank you so much! Amazing!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering this month but I ordered from KL Flora last year and had no problems. But last week I ordered two arrangements for Mother’s Day and neither was delivered. No phone call or email to let me know why. No answer to phone calls. Two disappointed moms, shockingly poor service, and now I have to figure out how to get my money back. Avoid them!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. Not only did my mom not receive the flowers in time, it took me calling the shop incessantly for 3 days to get a bouquet delivered. Each of those days, all I wanted to do was cancel the order and they lied about delivering the flowers. The customer service I received was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Biggest waste of time and money.

I will never use this shop again. Order flowers for my mother in law's birthday. They did not deliver them on her birthday. I had to call them, they didn't even send me a message. Claims no one answered the door. It's a senior's home. There is ALWAYS someone there. They delivered the flowers the day after her birthday ONLY because I called. The arrangement did not look like the one I ordered online. I give them no stars. Wish I could give them negative stars.......DO NOT USE!!!!
