Friendly people very easy to deal with. Bought 2 sectional couches, king sized bed, sofa bed, double bed. Everything arrived on time as scheduled. Great selection, Very well priced, highly recommended.

My bedroom set was delivered yesterday. I love the quality. It was delivered on time, as ordered and delivery guys were excellent. Very professional and polite. They took extra care, assembled everything and took all the packaging away. We also had a follow up call from the store to make sure everything was fine.

This store gived me the best service over all. I bought a dining table online, after placing the order I found a better deal outside, I called the store and spoke to Anu and owner, told them the ordeal and wanted to cancel the order, they matched the offer and was given the partial refund. Delivery was ontime and Table in perfect condition. Thank you very much.

They knowingly sell furniture that is not fit for it's intended use and they know it will fall apart. This is contrary to the Sale of Goods Act. Under the Sale of Goods Act stores have a legal obligation to their customers, regardless of whether the product came with a specific warranty or guarantee. Stores are legally required to sell products that are suitably fit for their purpose, that the product sold must function in the way it was supposed to function.I bought a sectional for a one person household that was barely used and many of the seams frayed and split within a few months. Look at other reviews including for Sama Home Furnishings. Check your invoice that they do not write AS IS" or "FLOOR MODEL" when you are buying a new in box item that they will improperly say they do not need to do anything which is contrary to SGA. Regardless of what you buy or what they write on the invoice the seller is responsible per the Sale of Goods Act. FRAYING IS A DEEMED MANUFACTURER DEFECT. THEY HAVE IGNORED NUMEROUS REQUESTS

Easiest furniture purchase I've ever made. Immediate response to my many questions on Marketplace. Delivered in less than 24 hours of sending my deposit. Zero issues with communication or delivery. I was very surprised that every cushion was wrapped in protective covers and all boxed up. The couch is beautiful and such a great price. I highly recommend Sama Home Furnishings.
