James at Kamcity was super helpful, he provided clear options with the estimates. The crew installed the new furnace and ac promptly. They removed the old furnace. We were super glad they were able to install the ac in a unique location. They sent us clear paperwork and warranty info after the job was complete so that we could apply for rebates and update the house insurance. The new furnace is quiet.

KamCity always takes care of me. They are a very busy family owned business that always makes things right. I'm very impressed by their ability to get in and get the job done. I called them to have our AC looked at since it was struggling to keep up during a heat wave. They sent someone over in less than 2 hours and I was up and running before I knew it. That speed is unmatched during a heatwave which is busy for them. Their prices are also extremely competitive. We went through costco and when factoring in a the rebates through Fortis and Costco they beat everyone else in towns quotes plus we got higher end AC/furnace units.James and his boys are awesome and I can't thank them enough for all they do to keep our home comfortable year round.

Absolutely phenomenal how quick this company is. We had an issue with our central air and furnace touch screen. Our landlord called them this morning to fix the issue. They were to the house and gone within less than 20 minutes. The gentlemen that came to the house were not only quick and incredibly courteous they were also very knowledgeable. Before they left our home after doing a very thorough job on what needed to be fixed they verified that we knew how to use the new system. If you want a really good company to get the job done very professionally very quickly and properly please give these people a call. Absolutely phenomenal. I've never experienced such a wonderful set of professionals. I wasn't awake enough to ask their names but I'm sure the young men will know who they are. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

KamCity did a few services for us including installing AC, a new hot water tank, and inspecting our furnace.They got us in for a quote right away and were able to give accurate timelines on when our new appliances would be available for install.Everyone I dealt with was courteous and informative and everything has been working great!Would definitely recommend!

The boys from Kamcity did the install upgrade of my furnace, thermostat and on demand water heater. In and out in the one day. The install looks terrific. Everything is functioning beautifully.The boys get a 5/5 for the install.Trying to get the paperwork completed correctly (in a timely manner)to get the rebate isn’t going so smoothly.Make sure you have them include in detail, absolutely everything they have installed, including serial numbers and model numbers. Even if it’s as minor as mentioning they installed the thermostat.It will save you a hassle of trying to have the invoice amended after the fact.Paperwork 3/5.

Excellent and friendly service! Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday morning, and we sent him a message and he responded right away to help us troubleshoot. He then came out and had it fixed before lunch. We also used James and his team for upgrading to a high efficiency furnace, AC, and installing a gas line. Each time everyone on the team was professional and went above and beyond.

Hired KamCity after receiving quotes from two other local companies - and glad that we did! James and his son Austin replaced our furnace and installed a new a/c unit for our house. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The new units were installed in one day and they left the place very clean after. Everything is working great. The Costco rebates are a major bonus... and they're a locally owned/operated company and a family business! Would highly recommend.

Yet another example of the amazing service by James and his boys. A few weeks ago the water heater failed in the home owned by my daughter. A replacement was installed quickly and efficiently. Then, 2 days ago, a pipe starting leaking behind the shower wall. They came out and came up with a quick solution to tide us over. Today they returned to the home to properly crimp a pex fitting for us. In each case the response was quick and extremely professional as well as friendly. Highly recommend these guys!!!!!!!

We called KamCity Mechanical when our A/C unit went down. I talked to James (owner) and he was instantly on it. He provided quick support on the phone to help mitigate the problem after that he was at our house within the hour finding the problem and fixing it. Had our house cold by the end of the day. Don’t hesitate to use KamCity, you won’t regret it!

Thank you to Alex and Nick who arrived on time to service my furnace that was installed by KamCity in 2016. The gentlemen were professional, polite answering all of my questions. Alex also rehooked up my gas BBQ. They checked the thermostat and a few other concerns. I felt well taken care of when they left, not leaving any mess to even clean up. Thanks boys. You rock!
