I came for a private procedure, and the receptionist just SHOUTED at the top of her lungs, in the crowded clinic, “YOU'RE HERE TO GET XYZ?” Why is this receptionist describing my private medical procedures so loudly that everyone in the clinic could hear? How unprofessional. How humiliating.This receptionist has dark hair and glasses. Clinic Diamant, can you please teach this receptionist about doctor-patient confidentiality, and basic professionalism? Unbelievable .

I have to say this is one of the best medical experiences I have had! Was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment for a gynecologist. Everyone at the clinic were very professional and efficient. Would strongly recommend!

This place is genuinely so horrible. They don't answer voicemails for weeks, they never listen to the voicemail even or what youre saying. And for some reason they are so dismissive and rude. The nurse and doctor were both really nice, but when you have to call for multiple weeks to get anything done it doesnt make up for it.Not only did they make mistakes with the prescruption, the doctor promised that if the medication turned out to be too much I need to contact him Immediately to lower the prescription. Well its been two weeks now since I contacted them, left messages. Spoke to another receptionist who said she left a note for the doctor. Today somebody called me and she said hi you already have an appointment for next month...." I asked her if she listened to the voicemail and she said no. Then she said she'll leave a message for the doctor and she hung up on me. After everything Ive been through with this clinic over the last few months this just pushed me over the edge. Yall cant play with people's health like this

Literally worst service ever .They cancelled my appointment the last time and re-scheduled it on a day I couldn’t go on due to work. Then your receptionist has the nerve to tell me not to cancel this time and make sure to be there. Maybe common sense thing to do is to call the patient to make sure when you re-schedule an appointment that you confirm with THEM that they can go and not make your own decisions and blame the client later. Not even a thank you at the end of the call or have a nice day. I’m a secretary myself and I would never serve any of my clients in the same way disgusting.

The receptionist is a horrendous miserable human being. She need to be fired beware she will hang up on you for no reason and she will not let you get a word in. Talking over you not listening to you. She’s crazy. I’m absolutely shocked that they have this emotionally damaged psycho to greet and manage their clients.this is wild; I’ve never had to speak to such a disrespectful receptionist in my life.I will never step foot I will let everyone know to never go there. If the receptionist is crazy like this I can’t imagine how horrible the doctors are. Be ware of this place !!!

I visited this clinic on June 29th, 2023 at 1:30pm. Extremely rude receptionist!! I saw how the receptionist interacted with another Black patient.There are 2 Diamant clinics next to each other. The patient was confused with the location of her appointment. The receptionist told her in a condescending way: Can't you read?! The address is written on the paper". I was shocked and I had to speak up and defend the poor lady

I went to this clinic with a carbuncle on my back that needed to be lanced. The first doctor I saw was professional. He told me to take antibiotics to prevent a systemic infection. At this point the infection was localized. I was checking my temperature often in case its spread. I took the antibiotics reluctantly and they sucked the life out of me and messed up my digestion. I saw the general surgeon at the clinic a few weeks later in much the same condition. He refused to lance the boil and got hysterical because I was no longer on antibiotics. He asked me irrelevant questions about cancer. He spoke very fast in a manic sort of way. He told me to go to the ER which had wanted to avoid. There they were amused by his instructions to drain the carbuncle and annoyed that he had sent me to the ER. A supervised med student lanced it and the doctor assisting him told me I didn't need antibiotics, maybe didn't need them in the first place. Why can't doctors agree about when antibiotics are needed??? The carbuncle has drained and is healing well. It was the size of a walnut. Now it's a pea. No sign of infection.

We were a walkin on Saturday before noon. The clinic did not want to take us as a walkin. We needed an Xray on my wife's ankle after a fall on the terrible sidewalks. We did not have a Quebec Medicare card so they did not want to help us. We said we would pay cash for an Xray. So we were eventually seen and wound was bandaged and Doctor said most likely sprained. No Xray was available as they went home at noon. We paid and had some satisfaction but not impressed with Canadian healthcare system for the tourists from outside of Quebec. This could be much better in my opinion. We needed good service when accidents happen. It is hard to schedule an accident.
