If you’re a visible minority, spend your money elsewhere! Different rules apply to you here. Got piercings done here - my daughter lost her earring back and I called ahead to ask for a replacement. I was asked to come pick it - lady implied it was free (when I asked how much replacement backs would cost - the lady asked if she got the piercing done with them/when and when I answered “yes, last week”) she said I could drop by to pick one up. On getting there (an hour later) I introduced myself as the person who called and an elderly lady that works there asked me to pay despite my explaining I had called ahead to make inquiries...I found out a few weeks later that someone else I know got free earring back replacement for her daughter (several weeks after their piercing even!) ... only difference (in addition to our piercing being more recent- which I assumed should be an advantage) was the colour of our skin!To think I spent close to $200 - got multiple piercings and jewelry- and a simple replacement hook was a problem?! I would have been content with any hook- which I explained...Just so she doesn’t lose the earring ... had to buy new set of earrings just to preserve the piercing...disappointed! Do better...

Took my daughter (10 months) to get her ears pierced, the ladies were BEYOND amazing. Definitely recommend, very clean and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

Choose a different place for your manicure!I stopped in yesterday to get a manicure. After looking through the meager selection of nail polish colours, I asked for a no-polish manicure. (There wasn't even a clear polish!) My nails were cut and my cuticles were pushed back. I have never had my fingers bleed from having my cuticles pushed back before. My nails are all different lengths. There was a feeble attempt made to massage my hands. $25 to have my nails cut poorly and my cuticles done poorly.Seriously, go somewhere else. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Went to have my niece's ears pierced here and it was great. Very clean and professional! You do need to book an appointment though as they are very busy and you can't just walk in. Thanks so much for your wonderful service!

Terrible experience. She took off almost all of my eyebrows and the arches from them as well and left me with 2 lines on my face. Don’t recommend.

I took my 6 month old daughter for ear piercing, the lady was so patient with her and amazing experience.

Lisa is expert in her work. She did really good piercing to my 4 month old twin daughters. ❤️ Highly recommend. Clean and hygienic place. Best place for babies piercing.

I was really diappointed with the service I received here. I got my nails done for the first time ever and they were lump and misshapen and really just poorly done. The technician was friendly enough but I don't think she had much experience at all. She kept wiping off the nail polish as well and left clear splotches on my nails. Overall it was a pleasant experience until it was done, and when I saw the result I was very unhappy and shocked.

I booked an appointment and took my 1 year old daughter to have her ears pierced. 2 staff members on site were trained for piercings, one was specifically trained for young children. They were ready for us, organized and friendly. They were quick and efficient. We were in and out in 10 minutes and happy with the piercings and the instructions we got for after care.

These ladies are very professional and creative. I don’t even choose my own nail designs anymore because they are so wonderful. Could not ask for a better and it’s such a reasonable price.
