I was recommended to this company by a friend that had a great experience. As I had little knowledge about life insurance and how to go about it, I was pleasantly surprised to have many of my questions answered, without needing to ask them. The representative I was connected with was Derek Thompson. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly, as he knew this was my first experience. He took the time to get to know me, without it sounding like an interrogation and wanting to get me off the call. Overall, I feel much more at ease and he definitely went above and beyond. I had the pleasure to work with American Income Life as I gained some powerful skills as a grad student. I worked with outstanding mentor named Richard Whyte. He has helped me drastically even when I was still taking the Llqp. There was a lot to learn at first training but Richard was there to help and guide me a long the process until I was able to deal with clients solely. I gained countless skills such as communication, understanding client needs, management, sales, organization, building consistency, persuasion, and closing. Last but not least, once I started familiarizing myself with the process I started servicing clients more professionally and more money.

I have called to cancel my AIL insurance policy for 2 months and im still getting charged. So fed up with the service. Dont waste your time with this service. Basically having my money stolen by this company that double charged me this month for something that i was told would be canceled already.

Me and my family dealt with agent Jackson Elder who I highly recommend! He was extremely knowledgeable, great communications skills, helpful and answered every question we had.He was also friendly and made us feel comfortable and at ease while dealing with him.He has great customer service skills and it was a pleasure meeting him.

I don’t have a problem with my policy or how anyone has treated me but STOP CALLING ME! I have asked you several times and told you I do not want to make any changes to my plan as of now. It’s always the same “we will make a note of that” and then the next week I get a bunch of calls from you. Enough is enough and if it doesn’t stop I’m done and will be canceling.

I am very badly disappointed with AL. Amalia Ramos (agent) called me last year November about a will kit, and got me enrolled with an Insurance Policy.From December to date money is taken from my account without confirmation of my policy or Never sent me Policy upto now.How dare these people take money without proper procedure of business.I am planning to file a case regarding this matter.
