Its becoming My Grocery Store the Quality its Fantastic I love the Deli and extras You find at the Coop Staff are always Friendly and Helpful

The store is very clean and bright with a great selection of products... However, the prices on some products is outrageous so unfortunately unless I need something and am in the neighborhood or I know of something on sale, I don't ship there as much as I'd like too

Saw an employee drop loose, unwrapped, damp produce on the filthy floor and just drop it on the pile of the others for sale. It’s not a kind ppl typically boil.As most of us don’t wash our produce in bleach, I tried to notify a supervisor or manager to have that section removed. Waited for ten minutes and no one came.Update: supervisor came. She said she’d talk to him. I told her that the section of contaminated produce needed to be removed. 20 min later, nothing had been removed and she was rearranging bags of candy. Took a photo of the floor to give an indication of how gross this really is. Gave the cashier the “fresh” unwrapped produce I had in my cart. Hard pass.

I'm non-member. Pricing too high! I understand membership/dividend policies. Also some long time clerks a little rude with elderly non members. Meat department I mainly use. Butchers on hand. Helpful there.

Great location, lots of parking and friendly staff and customers. Their in store cooked chicken pieces, chicken tenders and wedges are delicious!! Best in the city! They just need more staff to pack to speed up the line.

I had to mail a few separate packages at the post office. The woman noticed that I didn't quite get the labeling right, and went above and beyond assisting me to properly label my package. Thank you so much!

There’s a creepy man (short fat with glasses / backpack) that this Co-op refuses to ban. He hangs around the restaurant and washrooms (loiters for hours) and has been caught in the ladies’ washroom as well. This perv has snuck up and rubbed himself on female customers. I am writing this review to warn any women shopping here to be careful at this store, especially the washroom area because of this individual.

A tad more expensive than some grocery stores, but there are deals to look for. Other than that, don't mind going here at all. Great service (they actually bag your groceries, imagine that!), easy layout and decent selectionPost office gets a 5-star review, they've always been good to deal with.The new liquor store is very convenient and has a great selection!

The fried chicken here used to be something i recommended to everyone... last several visits have been severely disappointing.. Terrible customer service (rude workers), chicken has been dry, and this time, thighs seemed undercooked.Co-op, what happened to you? Such a shame..

I received great customer service. I was ill this week and ordered groceries for delivery online. When I called to add something to my order, they lady assisting me was extremely nice and helpful. This was over the noon hour on Nov 24, 2022. Then the fellow who delivered the groceries around 7pm that night was courteous and helpful as well. I don't remember their names, hence the times that are noted, but I hope they get some recognition.
