Clean, welcoming, compassionate care. I wasn't at all anxious or concerned once I stepped through the door. If it's your first time, rest assured you're in good hands.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Bed was alright and this time I did not freeze . I do think they should have people either arrive earlier and leave a bit later . Very clean .

They offer no flexibility on the timing of picking up or returning the at home sleep kits. Was told twice that it “didn’t work” despite carefully overtaping the entire system to the body, and it not budging all night. It was 1.5 month wait to get the second test. They were not able to get results.After being told we would receive a doctor call, two months went by - no call came in - and our referral was cancelled.A total of 4 months wasted time and completely stone walled when we informed them no calls came in from them. No message was left by any staff

I was kind of nervous for the whole thing but the sleep tech , Lake (I am so sorry if I spelt it wrong or got it wrong...) was so nice , and helpful, and made me feel really comfortable with the whole thing! The whole process was really straight forward , and he explained everything as he went along. The other staff were nice too , and the whole place was very clean and tidy! Yet again, I believe it’s Lake , but if it’s not I am so so so sorry! If you see this, thank you again!!!

Just had to go there for a multi latency sleep test, so I was there for a total of 21 hours. It was stressful but the staff is super friendly and the bed is one of the best beds I have ever slept on!

As far as sleep clinics go…this one was clean and cozy. Room was a bit warm through the night, but staff made it better with providing a fan. Staff kind, helpful and explained everything very well.

10/10 experience. Unfortunately they don’t have a shower you can use due to COVID but not an issue. Emily was incredible and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything to me as it was my first test of this type and was there for whatever I needed, no problem.

I must admit, I am an old person and not too familiar with the digital world, but I felt compelled to learn to write a review and share my recent experience with our community since itfully changed my views towards our entire healthcare system.I had the pleasure of being greeted by Nyousha, the front desk girl in the Nanaimo clinic. From the moment I walked in she took the time to really listen to my concerns. Her outstanding customer service and care were beyond compare, and I have never been treated with such professionalism before.She showed the utmost dedication to her job and her patients is truly remarkable. She is a shining example of what excellent customer service in the healthcare industry should look like.
