Ordered online, and they forgot to add the meat portion to one of my salads, I hadn't noticed. The staff called a few mins after I picked up my food. And when I came back to get my order fixed, they made a new batch. I live out of town so the fact they called right away and corrected the issue, was fantastic! Great Customer Service!! Thank you!

They refused to honor a footlong sandwich coupon. I was told that the BMT sandwich is too expensive and they will not honor the coupon. If you cannot honor your coupons, do not send the im the mail...that is called false advertising.I will never again enter this store!. Thanks

Subs are convenient and reasonably priced. Nice selection of toppings. Buns are fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is limited. Store is quite large with plenty of room for dining in, even during covid. Separate entrance and exit makes social distancing easy.

No complaints regarding the product as it’s Subway; you know what to expect and you can also customize it the way you like it. What surprised me is how friendly the service was, the employee was actually dedicated to providing good service and to a job well done.

It's trying to post for the Cranbrook BC location and we have been there also and they are consistently good .. but I went to the Kimberley BC store last and that's where my review is for this time. After some bad visits in the last few months this was the best Subway experience in awhile, great portions when I said lots of" pickles

I recently visited the local Subway restaurant and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! I used their app to order my food and picked it up. The process was so convenient and hassle-free. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made my experience even better.The food at this Subway is always fresh and delicious. I love the variety of options available, and how I can customize my sandwich to my liking. The app makes it so easy to customize orders and amounts of each.Overall, I highly recommend this Subway location. The convenience of their app, the friendliness of their staff, and the deliciousness of their food make for a truly 5-star experience. I will definitely be back again soon!

Got two subs for lunch today and they were the saddest things I’ve ever got from subway. Barely any lettuce (Apparently there’s a shortage but no discount given.) The even cut the tomatoes in half so there’s actually only two slices for an entire foot long. For 12 bucks a sub I should at least get something edible. Not very happy.

Where is all the Measuring scoop for meat or you guys you don't have them why you guys so cheap sub Fernie they do have big scoop for measuring meat and they give you a big sandwich,here you get only bread and alittel vegi followed the rules like every sub in canada

I am only rating three stars, because I have had some good sandwiches and experiences with this business. Today I ordered online for curbside pick up. I went to the business and checked in on the app. I waited ten minutes and nobody came. I went inside to get my food and they said they were too busy to do curbside. So, my sandwich was already starting to get cold and soggy when I got it, and I found a hair in it, that clearly was not mine.
