Never really the best winter experience here. I always dread waiting for the connecting bus for more than 5 minutes because it's freezing. There's something that's supposed to keep us warm, tap the button and it stays on for 10 minutes, but that sucks. It only keeps my face warm when I look up. The built of that place doesn't properly stop air from getting in. When it was extremely windy on 28-1-19, I thought I was gonna die! Worse part about it was that I didn't know when my bus was coming because there was no wifi to continue to update the delays. I wish they'd treat the west locations better than they do.

The lounge is Covered and heated when required plus very good and quick connectivity but unfortunately no washrooms.
