The pilates Map
I've done pilates with Hilary in person and online for about 3 1/2 years now. I started when pregnant and haven't stopped. Hilary keeps me moving; she adapts stuff for me when I'm feeling sore and tests me when I'm feeling strong. Really recommend her classes.
