They sent me the wrong item i ordered and I submitted a return request and they haven't answered me back yet! As of right now they technically stole my money. PLEASE GIVE ME THE CORRECT ITEM THAT I ORDERED.

I don’t normally write reviews. But Defcon Paintball Gear’s online store has the best customer service I have ever experienced from any online store. I had ordered a marker and various parts from their online shop. When I had received my order, a few items were incorrect. So, I sent them a message describing the issue. In less than one hour I received a reply to my message and a phone call. I spoke with Garner online and on the phone. He was very friendly, polite, professional, understanding, and concise. He provided me with a quick and simple solution which worked well for both parties. Needless to say, the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. I felt 100% satisfied with the results. This is a great company that truly cares about their customers. I will definitely be referring any of my friends, family, or colleagues to Defcon Paintball Gear for all of their paintball needs. In my opinion, Defcon Paintball Gear isn’t just the best paintball online store, it is the BEST ONLINE STORE in general. Thank you Garner for providing me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. Many businesses could learn a thing or two from you. I will be making another purchase soon. Staff were great. Super friendly, informing and welcoming. They were very accommodating to make our teams fair and help us if needed. I left my wallet and they also called me the next day to return it. Thanks so much! The area itself is a little small, and there’s not that many “hiding spots”, everything is pretty open, but this comment can go either way (more hidingspots = longer games)

Ordered mask lenses a month ago, was called a week later and told the lenses wouldn't be in for another week, but they would be there for sure the next week. Fast forward to almost a month later and the order is still sitting in awaiting fulfillment. In the process of trying to get a refund which doesn't seem very easy either. Update Sept 9th, almost 3 months after the initial order I've finally got a refund, but only because I went through PayPal for the refund, Defcon never responded, even to PayPal.

Very poor service online service, called to ask why the unit number wasn’t given to the delivery service (FedEx) and no one was able to help me. They required a manager that had access to the database to check however none were working :(. That’s not a valid excuse I now have to wait till Monday to speak with someone regarding my online order. Defiantly not going to order from here again. My order was as simple as first strike rounds.

Bought 3 JT Splatmaster guns and the shipping turnaround was fantastic! Only 2 days from purchase to the front door. The only downside side is that I didn't receive all the items that were advertised on the website as being part of the package. I contacted online support and was told that they don't honour what they advertise.

Pre-ordered a Roscoe last year in February. Hadn't received any update on it until September when I requested a refund. Person I spoke with told me that it'd happen". Refund never happened. Well

Communication between Client, pro shop, and supplier was delayed and inaccurate, however, despite tense moments and impatience, they still managed to accommodate my order, and finally were able to provide an answer to my questions.
