Biking out to this beach and taking in the view here helped me get through a really rough time in my life. It's really nice in the summer. 10/10 recommend.

Little park one street over from my house. Swings, climbing apparatus and sandbox for the kids. Small beach area which my dog loves! Excellent spot to put in canoes or kayaks too. Please just do not litter! Garbage cans on-site. Use them!

I cannot think of a better family place to go. It is a wonderful family campground great new washrooms and showers a wonderful late for the children it is a great placed the employees are always willing to help you with anything you need or if you need help I'm going there again very soon I'm bringing my whole family in three campsites it'll be a great experience thank you Bieber Mead for being there.. Such a pretty little area but really, really tiny (maybe 2 families worth of space) and pretty rocky if you plan on swimming. It borders a lot of private residences so quite a bit of boat traffic. That being said, the water is warm and it's a fantastic place to bring your dog for a swim, feed the ducks or bring the kids for a quiet afternoon. We just stopped by for an gour to break up the drive between Peterborough and Markham and it was perfect!
