Beltone Hearing Care Centre
Recently moved to Saanich and stopped in to enquire as to whether they serviced my brand of hearing aids because one needed a minor repair. I was greeted by a very kind lady who informed me they do not carry my brand but she offered to try and resolve the issue anyways. Unable to assist me, she let me know of a company that carries my brand of hearing aid.I went to the other company and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Suffice to say, I am not a current client of Beltone but I will be in the near future when I need a new set of hearing aids.Thank you for your kindness and assistance today.

Unfortunately I was triped by the hearing aid testers chair and now still in emergency for 5 hours. The hearing aid people were great. What a shame I am still not able to walk. Looks like I will need an operation.

Well, I did get a free hearing test, and all the staff was polite and professional …but I did not get the video ear scan or other items offered in the promotion. (Such as the Tims gift card). I specifically wanted the ear video scan and could have had a hearing test closer to my home. Also, after the hearing test you will be offered a hearing aid with a limited time offer attached.(if you buy today $500 off)….this high pressure sales tactic is a major turn off to me.
