Ordered this through skip the dishes. Completely wrong order was given. Obviously they did not read the order as not one pizza topping was correct. Since we ordered late, when i phoned the restaurant (as im sure they expected) they did not answer the phone. Skip refuses to refund my money, and i am out $70 for the worst order ever. Will never order fro m here again… and you shouldnt either! I have attached a photo of this pizza. It was supposed to have sausage, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, fresh tomato, and pepperoni. I ask you… since when is pineapple a substitute for all that? You suck best bite, and shame on skip the dishes for their “terms” of “service”.

I love these donairs! They’re fresh, generous with toppings and very tasty. Ordering on the phone is easy breezy and orders are ready quickly. It’s our go to in Windermere! Highly recommend

Found not only 1 but 2 hairs in the donairs i ordered. Absolutely disgusted. Didn’t even attempt to contact the restaurant cause I feel embrassed for them.. Needless to say I wont be ordering from this place again

Absolutely disgusting. This restaurant scammed me 16$ for a burger meal. And the burger was a little kids burger and the drink was just a can of soda. Absolutely disgusting how they could even smile and say to enjoy. While scamming me. a little kids burger, pouch of fry’s and a small soda can for 16$. Absolute disgusting disgrace. Photo of the size of the burger container is there and the container WAS WAY TOO big for the burger in there. 16$ for that

Update March 25th: had to reduce rating due to aggressive demeanor towards those who park near his door but aren't immediately showing indications of stopping in for food (I was considering today, but not now). Stalls are marked 30 minute parking, and not exclusive to any particular establishment. Claiming someone is blocking your door" when they're parked near it is not a great way to get new customers

A little slow but so worth the wait. The burger-great. The pizza-delicious. The sandwich, perfect. The layout wasn’t that organized to keep customers flowing but dine-in only closed at noon the day we went. The point of sale was laid out great to keep staff safe. There were a lot of posters for ice cream that weren’t on the menu, but also a lot of thank you posters indicating they donate a lot to their local community. Seems like a great place to support local that supports back.

Best Donair Pizza in Edmonton ❤️! The crust is just perfect, the donair, onion, tomato topping ratio is just perfect, and the sauceee! Best sauce! Highly recommended

Having ordered a few times, the food isn’t bad. While the customer service could really use some work. They add extra charges to your order without having any add ons and just replacing one topping with another or even base sauce. When you let them know about the unexpected price adjustment, they are really impolite and start arguing with you. Would not go again.

Ordered large donair with cheese to go. Got home started to eat- no cheese in the donair. Taste wise it was just ok. Very skimpy on the sauce and veggies.

Best Bite Pizza Donair & Shawarma
Ordered a beef Donair and a chicken shawarma wraps. Both were delicious. My only critique is that the Donair needed a bit more sweet sauce. Did not taste any on the first third of the wrap. I like that they let you select the veggies. The price of the wraps is comparable with other Donair shops in the area. Friendly service in an immaculately clean store. Will have to try the pizzas as the pictures are tempting.
