Salesman knew we were on our way to pick up a used car for an inspection that we had test drove the day before, then goes and sells it a few minutes before we would've pulled in the lot! Great way to treat people...never going back and will never recommend.

Recently brought my SUV to be serviced in the bodyshop for repair to the back bumper. Jonathan, Andre and their team were great to work with. The quote was very reasonable, the work was completed quickly and the care taken to my vehicle was great- even cleaned the interior, which was beyond what I expected! I am very satisfied with their work and service!

Was greeted right away by Tara and welcomed with that southern hospitality everyone loves so much. She mad sure that I was well taken care and ensured that the process was smooth and quick. This is my favourite dealership in Windsor. The people in the Service Department are all very nice and polite. They usually keep a good schedule, too, so I didn't have to wait long for my scheduled service appointment. The receptionist in the showroom area greeted me with a very cheery 'good morning', which was nice. I highly recommend Premier Chevrolet Buick GMC.

I've had to come here a few times now to get my car fixed and each time the service has been amazing. I never have to wait long to be helped and I'm always treated well. I'm usually helped by Jonathan Lo Medico and Andre Drouillard who've always been super helpful and understanding of my car needs. Can't recommend this place enough. Amazing service and amazing staff!

Absolutely great. Everyone, especially David Stowers, was exceptional. No questions, long waits or any other negative experience. Walked in, discussed the car I wanted, noted where one was at another dealership and the next day it was in the lot being prepared for the final paperwork. What more can you ask for?

Very disappointed. I bought a brand new truck and was told that the first maintenance visit would include oil change, tire rotation and multi-point vehicle inspection. Get there and told we only get the oil change. No tire rotation. The salesman doesn't follow up and the service department seems rude and clueless.
