Sacha is very knowledgeable with Macs and PCs.His customer service is excellent and he even goes the extra mile and does home visits if time is an issue. He helped me many times when I got stuck and his prices are very reasonable. Best service I ever had! Thanks Sacha.

Sacha rocks! I have purchased a PMT maintenance package for the last few years and love the security of knowing my Mac is protected, virus free, optimized ...and that I'm kept up-to-date on new information.When I need guidance and information, Sacha is available - and able to speak to me in a language I can understand, rather than the 'tech talk' of other techies I've gone to for service.In the last few years I've never had a crash, virus or lost any information, thanks to having a clean machine.Can't beat PMT for friendly, professional service.

Very grateful for Sacha's help with my MacBook Pro. I did a software upgrade and then lost access to my passwords and some other things. After going on the internet and trying to fix it, I ended up deleting ALL of my saved passwords. Instead of going back to the internet I called Sacha for help. Luckily I do regular backups to an external hard drive, and in no time Sacha helped me restore my laptop and retrieve my lost information, including my passwords. If my experience is anything to go by, Sacha is the person to call for help with any computer issues.
