From the start, we were greeted by a very welcoming no pressure staff, Gabriel is one of the best sales people we ever had to deal with, most professional, not pushy and willing to work with you to find you the best deal, we then met Nathalie in Finance which also extended to the professional and welcoming customer service experience. Thanks to both of them we are very happy with our purchase! As a bonus, they even made an office available for us to use since we were there with our baby :)

Bought a Chrysler Pacifica hybrid 2022 last year. Very happy with the car. Great service and attention provided by salesman Gabriel - strong recommend doing business with him.Only thing with the car is that the electric battery consumes more energy in winter and the car almost never starts in 100% electric mode in freezing temperatures. Apart from this, all good! The service department is excellent as well.

What a Dishonest team, brought our truck in for tire change, picked up the truck with couple hundred dollars missing from the center console. Check your trucks!Never servicing there again.

I was very impressed with the service at this dealership. I called to see if a car I was interested in was still available, the receptionist assured me that it was. I headed out that way after work, called the receptionist to let her know I was en route. when I got there Simon was waiting for me and we got right to dealing.unfortunately they were not able to offer me what I believe is a fair price for my trade in. I only say this as it was what I had been offered from two other dealers and they were $ 1,000 off. in total we were $ 1,200 away from closing a deal and I would have bought on the spot.too bad, that being said the service and Simon were great.

Saw a Pacifica hybrid on the website that is clearly written 47,228$ before tax but when we get there the sales said there is an error in the website the price now is 59,000$ after government incentives applied since it’s the last one they have. Could have told me on the phone before I came… waste my timeUpdate: went back to get the official price of MSRP 64,000$ in writing and he said he will sent it to us by email but we wanted it now. the sales asked us to wait and disappeared for mins then come back to us and saying the car just sold and will remove from their website today, I will check later. Whole experience was very bad

Don’t return your call don’t keep you informed on what’s going on with vehicle!! Don’t have any courtesy cars available OK poor service, and after a whole day can’t tell you what’s going on with your car!!!!? I they only have one guy to answer the phone leave a message !!! he never called back what’s the use of the warranty if you can’t get the car fixed. I wish there was a ZERO star setting for this post When you promised your customers your call back ??call back!!!

I worked with Nathalie and Gabriel to purchase a 2022 Ford Bronco. I'm from Toronto and they were very helpful and quick in assisting me with all the paperwork and getting the necessary permits to drive it back to Ontario and prep it for registration. I visited 3 other dealerships around Montreal that had Ram inventory and Barnabe St.Jean received my business. Pleasant sales staff , I just dropped in without an appointment , fair negotiations wasn’t pressured and good explanations of extended warranty options.
