Drove half an hour with the intention of adopting a beautiful pup. Got to see and look at her fell in love. When we went to go through with the adoption we were told no because the dog is shy. Don’t know how you expect to give these animals a forever home when you will not let an adoption go through. Didn’t ask us many questions about experience with dogs or anything, just told us no. Good luck adopting a dog here & I feel very bad for the lil pup we were going to get.

Terrible, non existant service. Find a cat roaming the street and want to make sure it gets shelter and care? Not in this town! They tell you to let it go again! Find a dog wandering around after dark and want to help it reunite with it's owner? Call Team Chelsea instead because they are closed until Monday morning! This isn't some little tiny hamlet anymore and the taxpayers here deserve service!

At least the Supervisor got to be rude and insulting to someone approved for adoption. Good work. Must be government funded. Terrible service.
