My favorite thing about Benjamin Moore is that they are all locally and individually owned. What this means is stores like West Hillhurst have the ability to excel beyond the confines of a giant corporation. They are hands on with homeowners, projects and customer service. They offer some of the best colour matching in the city and they genuinely enjoy and are great at what they do and it is very noticeable.

Outstanding service! They were sold out of the colour of fence stain I was looking for (teak), so they custom created some new product for me. They also had plenty of helpful tips and carried all of the other things I needed for my project. Oh and they also rented me a pressure washer for a great price. Thanks!

I'm a colour expert so the idea of ordering just from a screen (that changes how the colours look) was frightening because of my urge for perfection. This is an excellent store to buy your Benjamin Moore paint, which is one of the best paints on the market. It is a premium product and priced accordingly, but well worth it for best results. As an experienced DIYer, I still appreciate the support and advice provided by the friendly and knowledgeable staff and management at this location.

Great product and Service! I went two paint stores on Friday, the first one, while polite, would not help me, said my paint chip wasn’t large enough and I only wanted a quart so they were unable to help. With the same paint chip I went to second to Benjamin Moore store in Kensington. Was helped by Darlene Hewitt who confirmed the chip was a bit small but she would do her best. Well her best was perfect, could not have been a better match! I will go there for all my paint needs in future.

Wonderful! The staff are so helpful and patient. I messed up my paint colour choice but all tuned out as the store tweaked my colour into the perfect colour for my project. Anytime I go in they are always helpful and friendly. And anything I have bought has been good quality and priced well.
